Welcome to Chief of Staff Academy LLC, doing business as Transcend FX ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and Chief of Staff advisory and staffing services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age, and authorized to act on behalf of your organization where applicable, to use our website or engage our services.

Transcend FX provides Chief of Staff advisory and staffing services, including Fractional Chief of Staff engagements and Augmented Chief of Staff engagements delivered together with an Alpha Team of experts (spanning Business Operations, Project & Portfolio Management, Change Management, Lean & Process Excellence, AI Enablement, and Functional Expertise). We also offer an Enterprise Gap Assessment diagnostic, which may from time to time be offered on a private beta, waitlist, or limited-availability basis.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are set out separately in a mutually agreed scope of work, proposal, or engagement letter, which forms part of these Terms for that engagement.

To schedule a discovery call or join the Enterprise Gap Assessment beta waitlist, you may be asked to provide your name, email address, and related scheduling information through a third-party scheduling tool. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Fees for engagements are agreed in advance in the applicable scope of work or engagement letter and are invoiced directly by Transcend FX. Payment terms will be specified in that agreement. Website browsing and the Enterprise Gap Assessment waitlist do not require payment.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Transcend FX and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the website or our materials without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, or overburden our systems. Harassment, abuse, or impersonation of others is strictly prohibited.

We may suspend or terminate your access to this website at any time, with or without cause or notice. Termination of a specific client engagement is governed by the terms of the applicable scope of work or engagement letter.
